Spring is just around the corner, and we have exciting programs for all ages at the Alpine Library!
.On Thursday, March 12, from 4 – 5 p.m., adults are invited to Meet the Author: Kate Quinn. This online event features the New York Times bestselling author of The Astral Library. Register and submit questions or join us at the library to watch the live stream together!
Saturday, March 14, brings two special events in honor of Saint Patrick’s Day. From 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., children ages 5 and up can make their own Leprechaun Catchers. We’ll provide all the supplies—including leprechaun bait! Later that day, from 1 – 2 p.m., adults will delight in Celtic Ballads and Songs from Molly’s Tavern, a live music performance by Chris Burns of Many Strings, featuring Irish and Scottish favorites. This event is sponsored by the Alpine Library Friends Association.
Finally, on Saturday, March 21, from 10:30 a.m. – noon, adults and teens can be creative in our Guided Painting Class. All materials are provided, and no experience is needed. Registration is required.
We can’t wait to see you at these events and more this March! All library programs are free and open to the public.
