Hundreds gathered to take part in the 2015 Vintage Alpine event this year that took place on Sunday, May 3. It was perfectly set up on the lawns of Summer’s Past, which is the perfect place to enjoy a Sunday afternoon, tasting wines, and sampling Alpine’s best fare.
Every year the Kiwanis do an excellent job with this catered event, inviting wineries from all over the county to bring their favorite samplings from select vintages. The event was all that it promised, great food, new flavors!

Some of the Alpine favorites that were offering taste test were: Albertsons, Baron’s, Descanso Junction, Donatos, Franco’s Flapjacks, Greek Village Grill, La Carreta, Marechiaro’s, Meditteraneo’s, Pine House Cafe & Tavern and the VFW Post, plus many more.
Every one of these restaurants had tasty tidbits that went wonderfully with the beverages that were at the ready.
