A tasty spanish omelet whipped up to perfection with three eggs, three cheeses, green onions, green chilis and tomatoes, served with fruit and complimented with champaign, or one may choose the LC Omelet, a 3 egg omelet with fresh spinach, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, green chiles, topped with sour cream & avocaado. Each one is lovingly made by a kitchen that has been serving Alpine their family recipes for 35 years.
