The County of San Diego is very happy to finally be finishing up on a 4 year long project that included the undergrounding of all utilities on Arnold Way.  Earlier this year, while people were carefully and creatively traversing the construction riddled road, the existing contractor just left the job unfinished, leaving behind metal plates and a mess that residents couldn’t believe.

The County finally found a new contractor to finish the undergrounding project in May, that included only about 20 or 30 feet of undergrounding work, and then repaving the road.  Last week the repaving project began and this week we will see it’s completion.
