Come to our all‑ages Puzzle Swap on Saturday, November 7 from 11 a.m.–noon. Bring your gently used puzzles of all sizes and exchange them for puzzles that are new to you (complete sets only). We’ll also have a community puzzle set out for anyone who wants to sit down and add a few pieces. Donations are welcome even if you’re not swapping, and no registration is required for this drop‑in program.
Students in grades 5 through 12 are invited to unleash their imaginations in our Comic Book Drawing Class on Tuesday, November 10 from 3:30–4:30 p.m. Little Fish Studio will guide you through creating your own comics and improving your drawing skills. Attendees will get a free copy of The Cartoonists Club by Raina Telgemeier & Scott McCloud. Registration is required for this exciting, hands‑on workshop.
For ages 12 and up, our DIY Beaded Earrings class will be held on Saturday, November 14 from 10:30–11:30 a.m. Design your own earrings using a wide variety of colorful beads. Make unique accessories for yourself or thoughtful gifts for friends and family. This class requires registration.
Finally, ages 13 and up are invited to our Fall Crafts workshop on Tuesday, November 24 from 5–6 p.m., where participants will create three fun seasonal projects: a pumpkin pie bunting, an embroidery hoop pumpkin, and a fall wreath. All materials are provided, and registration is required.
All library programs are free. We hope you’ll visit us for these events and much more this month! Thank you to the Alpine Library Friends Association for their generous support.
