Rose Pernicano Signore, owner of The Alpine Postal Annex was nominated as an honoree at the San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce 15th Annual Leadership Luncheon to honor women who are leaders in their field.
Luncheon was held at the Town and Country Hotel, where she invited her mother to join her with Sharon Gray and Dana Paskle.
