Easter is the day for thousands of eggs

This year, the proceedings were changed slightly, as each egg was not filled.  Children were guided to a candy booth to trade in their found eggs for Easter Candy, to alleviate the build up of trash on the fields from the opened candy.  It has been a problem in the past, and it takes hours to clean up all the wrappers that are dropped on the grass after the children open the candy that are in their eggs.
This year, two scooters and a tyke bike was also given away as ‘carrot’ prizes.
