This weekend nine more plaques were added to the Veteran’s Wall of Honor to commemorate and remember the value and service that was honorably given for our country. The new names include: Claude Wilkens, John Schuttenheim, , Mabel Stenstrom, Pete Peters, Raymond Contrares, Robert Taylor, Steve Renne and Theodore Bazdorf.
As the Pledge of Allegence began, hats were removed, hearts were covered and the pledge was solemnly recited by all, looking at the flag with respect.

These are true patriots, every one, and as the plaques are revealed, each person present knows the honor that is due to each individual whose name is engraved and will now be forever available for passers by to read and give respect to.
