Alpine’s David Lee grabbin’ the gold at the Olympics

Alpine’s David Lee is shining bright as he is part of the U.S. men’s volleyball team that is now 2-0 in Group B after Tuesday’s win over Germany!
David Lee attended Joan MacQueen Middle School, and is remembered as a basketball player, standing now at 6 foot 8 and 231 pounds. He graduated from Granite Hills High School in 2000.

However, at some time Lee fell in love with Volleyball, beginning with the Seaside Volleyball Club Players. Now, a force to reckon with, David Lee is playing for the US Men’s Volleyball Team in the 2012 Olympics and has had five kills on eight attacks and three blocks.
