San Diego County Supervisor Joel Anderson recently presented Alpine resident Angela Doss- Palmer with a proclamation naming Oct. 26, 2025 Angela Doss-Palmer Day in recognition of her work rescuing abandoned dogs and cats in the community. The event was held as part of a fundraiser benefiting her community outreach.
