Now in its fifth year, Pine Valley Camp Christmas has become a destination for families seeking festive fun and holiday adventure. Running select dates from Nov. 21 through Dec. 23, this seasonal celebration promises a magical experience for all ages, set against the scenic backdrop of Pine Valley at 4,000 feet.
Guests are greeted by the dazzling Lights & Sounds of the Season, where hundreds of thousands of lights dance in sync with classic holiday music. The show runs four times nightly at 6, 7, 8 and concludes with a grand finale featuring Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus” at 8:55 p.m. Complementing the lights, the H2O on the Glow Dancing Water Show dazzles visitors with computerized water effects choreographed to holiday favorites.
Children and families can enjoy a variety of complimentary attractions, including the Bow & Arrow Arcade, multiple bounce houses at Candy Cane Corner, a Game Room with Ping Pong, Pool, Air Hockey, and Foosball, and scenic Winter Wonderland Hayrides. The campground also features Sappy, the Talking Christmas Tree, several holiday themed photo booths, and a dramatic Nativity display to cap the evening.
For the adventurous, ticketed attractions include the new Merry Midway circus-themed games, Laser Tag, the Tree Top Climbing Wall, and an Axe Throwing Adventure for those 18 and older. Guests can also test their luck in the Camp Christmas Raffle, with prizes ranging from theme park passes to luxury guitars.
Camp Christmas offers a variety of dining options, from the Alpine Peak Buffet with soups, salads, and comfort foods to Rick’s Bar-B-Q, the Summit Grill Snack Bar, and the New York-style Hot Dog Cart on Main Street. Sweet treats are available at the Sugar Shack, and guests can toast marshmallows at S’mores Galore.
Tickets are available online, with a maximum capacity of 850 per night. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome, and service dogs are permitted. Visitors are encouraged to dress warmly and arrive early.
