As part of Operation Collaboration Cal Fire is coordinating efforts to vaccinate people against COVID-19 in rural San Diego. Recipients must be at least 65 years of age or older or healtcare providers. At the same time, a vaccine super center opened in La Mesa at Grossmont Center shopping mall, 5500 Grossmont Center Drive, Suite 212 and is currently serving people in the healthcare industry and seniors age 65 and older.
