This physical world and all its effects are originally generated by Spirit. We cannot see Spirit, but we can certainly see the affects of It. What we believe and what we have faith in are also unseen causations. The master teacher, Jesus the Christ told us “It is done unto you as you believe.” The Infinite Spirit sets no limits, it is we however through our limited beliefs, that tamp down this creative force and power.
In the Science of Mind teachings, we espouse Jesus as being the way shower, demonstrating his faith in bringing forth the Infinite Spirit’s power to accomplish many miracles. He “judged with right judgment” instead of focusing on appearances. He drew forth the power of Infinite Potential from within Him and he told us these things and more we could do.
In Religious Science (aka Science of Mind) we call a prayer a treatment. The first step of treat ment is to acknowledge there is one presence and power, God the infinite, which is unconditional Love, and it is everywhere present in full force. The second step is to unify our individualized self with this one Infinite Power; knowing that our very nature is Divine and all possibilities await our recognition. The third step we call Realization. Here is where we name and claim the good we want to experience and have manifest in our lives. The fourth step is Thanksgiving for our named and claimed good demonstrating now and the fifth step is to simply let go of any concerns or questions, knowing the Divine is now bringing forth right and perfect action.
Say with me: “The one presence and power I call God/Love is all there is. I now unify and know Love is my true Self and nature as well. I claim the creative power of the universe is now compelling me to bring forth all my unique talents and gifts to be a blessing to the world. I am so very grateful for this demonstration. I let go and know it is done with ease and grace. And it is so.”
