The Alpine Library Friends Association is asking the comÂmunity to help the library by donating books, DVD’s and CDs to the ALFA Bookstore in the Alpine Library.
Donations are tax deductible.
Collections will take place in front of the library on Oct. 7 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Oct. 10, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Donations can be made by driving to the library. VolunÂteers will collect the items.
Items must be in good condiÂtion. Encyclopedias, magazines or older textbooks and technical manuals or VHS tapes will not be accepted. For information, contact info@alpinelibraryÂfriends.org.
