On Aug. 17 the Alpine Community Church is celebrating 125 years of service to the community by opening its doors and having a community carnival for Alpine residents.
The organizing committee (above) including Ken Colman, Pastor, Sandra Lusink, Cheryl Worland, chair, Jef Ferris, Bonnie Moffett, Tom and Judy Myers, and Donna Boyer, is planning a carnival from 12- 3:30 p.m., which includes face painting, free games, a dunk tank, bounce house and more.
All are welcome to participate in the games and activities, a free hot dog, chips and soda from the Kiwanis Cook shack, and stay for the afternoon.
