Casino generosity far reaching

Jamul Casino continues its dedication to the San Deigo and Jamul Indian Village with its long­standing tradition of giving back. In line with Jamul Casino’s core mission, corporate respon­sibility and community outreach remain at the heart of its operations. With initiatives prioritiz­ing ongoing charita­ble giving, the casino is proud to support various local organi­zations that provide vital resources to those in need.

In 2024, Jamul Ca­sino’s contributions equated to $350,000 in direct donations to various organizations and an additional $119,000 to support charitable pro­grams across the region through its on-property donation program. These impactful implementa­tions allow Jamul Casino and its guests to work together to make a meaningful impact through­out San Diego County and beyond.

Jamul Casino provides guests with an ongoing opportunity to contribute through its giving ki­osks. Guests can donate their small change from slot tickets, turning spare coins into meaning­ful support for community programs year-round, including charitable donations to the San Diego Food Bank, Many Shades of Pink, Harvey Family Foundation and more.

This year, the Team and Tribe have supported dozens of organizations, championing for positive change with areas of focus including the well-being of veterans, those affected by mental health challenges, underserved communities among ma­ny more.

Kicking off the season of giving, Jamul Casi­no’s Community Champions team hand delivered 65 turkeys to the San Diego LGBT Center and Imperial Court de San Diego in support of the Annual Scott Carlson & Dan Ferbal Thanksgiv­ing Community Dinner. This event honors those who face a range of hardships including cancer, homelessness and other health challenges, en­suring they have a safe and welcoming place to gather and celebrate. The Community Champi­ons program, a vision brought to life by casino President & General Manager Mary Cheeks, has inspired Jamul Casino’s team members to engage in diverse volunteer activities to make an impact across San Diego.
