Alpine has great athletes! This year we can show our support for two teams that made it to the Nationals! The 14U All Stars and the 12U All Stars are on their way to make Alpine proud, but they need your support.
The 14U is a group of amazing and talented girls who have worked very hard this season to get where they are. This team of 12 girls started off as the Alpine Girls Softball Associations only 14U team during the regular rec season and stuck together to form the 14U All Star team. Most leagues have large pools of girls to hand pick a Gold All Star team but this team of 12 girls have accomplished more than most thought they could.
The 14U’s accomplishments this season:
East County – Corky Russell Tournament – Champions!
San Dieguito – Softball by the Sea Tournament – 3rd place
Ramona – Valley of the Sun Tournament – Champions!
Peninsula – Cool Breeze Tournament – 3rd place
Lagua Niguel – Sea Country Classic – Champions!
South San Diego “B” Districts – 2nd place, qualified for State!
ASA “B” State – qualified for Nationals!
Nationals will be held in Medford, Oregon: July 28th-August 4th

The 2014 Alpine Knockout 12U All Stars is a Girls 12 and under fast-pitch softball team that is part of the Alpine Girls Softball Association. These All Stars are a part of a competitive fast-pitch softball organization dedicated to teaching softball, teamwork and sportsmanship to ladies of above average athletic ability. We chose our 11 girls from a small group of 33 in and around the Alpine area.
Other leagues have hundreds of girls to chose from. We have some of the most talented young ladies right here in our own backyards of our small town! Our goal is to provide a fun and family-friendly environment that prepares our young ladies for high school softball, college softball and life.
Our goal from the beginning of our All Star season, was to qualify for the 2014 ASA Western “B” National Championship in Roseville CA July 28- August 3rd 2014. Our girls accomplished that goal this weekend by finishing in 5th place at the ASA Southern California State Championship in Lancaster Ca.
