JULIAN 4TH OF JULY PARADE

For more than 20 years, on the 4th of July, Julian honors the nation’s birthday. At noon, a fly-over of vintage airplanes and the National Anthem will be played. The parade begins as soon as the National Anthem is completed and the enormous American Flag has been carried, by the audience, down Main Street. Those who want to participate in carrying the flag should meet at the corner of C and Main streets. The parade runs along Main Street, so it is suggested that you arrive early to catch the pre-parade activities that start at 9:30 a.m.

The parade will honor the Julian Union High School District as the Grand Marshal of the 2024 parade. Get your Julian 4th of July Parade commemorative T-shirt today. Shirts are available for purchase at the Julian Market & Deli. They will also be sold along Main Street on July 4.
