Members of Alpine’s Girl Scout Troop 6226 dreamed about writing and publishing a book toward their goal of earning an award. They decided to try an alphabet book –Alpine A to Z. At first, they wondered if they could find items beginning with all 26 letters of the alphabet, but Alpine is a varied and interesting place! So, it wasn’t difficult once they started doing research and looking around with cameras in hand. All text and illustrations were done by the girls; the book includes beautiful photos (by the authors) of Alpine on every page.
