Savannah, along with her serval friend Eli, and Lily the white tiger, were the last animals left at an event venue in Southern California that closed in 2021. That was when Lions Tigers & Bears rescued all three cats. From the beginning, Savannah needed special care. Lately, Savannah has been having serious health issues.
“She struggles to move, often loses her balance, and walks with a notable wobble,” said Lions Tigers & Bears Founder Bobbi Brink in a press release. “Despite these challenges, she stays cheerful and still eats, although she’s become selective about her food.”
Brink said that there are few ways to help Savannah, but each has risks because of her chronic kidney disease.
Lions Tigers & Bears is asking for donations for Savannah’s tests, treatments, and ongoing care. Donations can be made by visiting https://bit.ly/45KJZod.
