What an event! A semi truckand trailer, from the Weber Grill Academy set up in the Alpine Towne Creek Center, and welcomed all who were interested in learning how to make the perfect burger to attend their choice of 3 different classes. The truck trailer converts into a dining area, for students who succeeded in making their burger to enjoy their hard work. The classes accommodated 30 students each, and were scheduled at noon, 1:30, and 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 16.
Whether one is interested in a back to the basics approach, or they are interested in gourmet technique, this academy brings a hands on opportunity, as they set up Weber Grills and teach techniques that can only improve your next out door barbeque. Weber takes grilling to a whole new level. They have interesting recipes available on their website for grilled meats, side dishes and salads.
The glorious smell of grilling meat filled the air, and the chance to make the perfect burger attracted a crowd as the classes got to work on their perfect burgers using fresh ingredients found at Baron’s Market. It was a great event
