San Diego County District 2 Supervisor Joel Anderson (center, with scissors) recently marked the grand opening of Alpine Family Apartments. The project was the result of a partnership between the County of San Diego and Milestone Housing Group in an effort to create county-funded affordable housing. The development includes a mix of single and multi-bedroom units for low income housing. The County provided $4.28 million for the project from the County’s Innovative Housing Trust Fund.
