Carmen is truly loved in our little town, and we wish her the very best! She has a long history here in Alpine, beginning with her family business, The Baily Cafe, that was in business here for years serving the people of Alpine morning, noon, and night, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This year, Carmen’s son celebrated his mother’s birthday at the new restaurant, Las Mulitas Mexican Food located at 2806 Alpine Blvd. Many came by to wish Carmen well, including Senator Joel Anderson who presented her with a Certificate of Recognition for reaching such a wonderful age!
Chatting with Carmen allows one to learn the true history of our town, as she has personally lived through so many years of it. Up until last year, Carmen could still touch her toes, and to this day she still attends mass regularly at Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Once again, Happy Birthday Carmen! Best Wishes to you!
