Thought for the Week: Enjoy!

Ushering in a New Year gives us pause to stop and consider not only our goals and aspirations for the coming year ahead of us, but it is also a time to reflect and expect on what we can and want to do in the here and now about them.

The old song, “Count your blessings, name them one by one” gives us the opportunity to recognize ALL the many blessings Life continually flows to and through us. Naming and counting them increases our awareness and increases the flow to and through us as well.

Take the time today to not only think about your goals, aspirations and blessings, but actually take a step in the direction of achieving and experiencing your desires. The master teacher, Jesus, taught “blessed are those who know these things, more blessed are those who do them.” Life is lived one consecutive moment at a time. Making plans is wonderful, but actually purchasing the ticket to Australia, packing the bags and boarding the  plane actually gets us there!

Make your plans and then DO something toward the fulfillment of them. Life is waiting for you to make a commitment, even a small step in the direction will give Her the signal to bring unseen forces racing in your direction to help bring unexpected and divine aid to you.

Say with me: “I now commit to not only plan my heart’s desires this year, but I eagerly commit to take each and every logical step toward the fulfillment of achieving them. In so doing I know I am divinely guided and supported to live the life of my dreams and beyond. I am so very blessed and I am grateful. And it is so!
