Thought for the Week: Faith is foundation

I trust you have accepted that you are living in the Kingdom of God right now and always – regardless of appearances. For we know appearances are merely shifting sands, not anchored in Reality. There is one ultimate Reality which is the God presence. Let me repeat that – One ultimate Reality – God omnipotent. This life force is in, as and through all – including each and every one of us.

To the extent that we have faith and believe this God presence is the only Power and It is living in, through and as us, we will be free of fear, worry and doubt. But can we have faith in fear? Absolutely! “What I feared the most has come upon me.” “It is done unto you as you believe.” We must let go of belief in duality if we are ever going to inhabit the Kingdom. We must stand firm on the ground that this Infinite Divine Presence wills only for our highest and best. The creative Substance of pure Spirit is smiling in restful repose, awaiting our recognition of It and our firm belief that Life is for us at every turn.

I love the tune of the song, “I’m Always Chasing Rainbows” but never liked the words. Many (and I do mean many) years ago I changed the words and daily sing: “I’m always finding rainbows. Knowing Good comes my way. My dreams can always be fulfilled as I love each day. Some fellows look and find the blue bird. I always look and find the sun. Some fellows make a winning sometimes. I always know my good will come. Believe me, I’m always finding rainbows. Knowing God’s ever-present goodness is mine.”

That is a Truth that I live by. That is where I place my faith. How about you? Do you have a faith that there is nothing to fear? Believe in your Self – your true divine Self and watch abundant blessings spring forth through you.

Say with me: “I believe, trust and know my Good comes to and through me. I am ever so grateful knowing I live in the Kingdom now and always.”
