Our lives are entwined with various levels of awareness and experience. Our bodies are comprised of more than just mortal flesh and bone for we not only have a physical body we also have mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. To be healthy on all of these levels takes awareness and doing things that supports our growth.
Most of us know what to do to take care of our physical bodies for sure. However, taking care of our mental and emotional body is a bit more complicated and perhaps the most overlooked and neglected is the awareness and growth of our spiritual body. Overlooking our spiritual body is a sad state of affairs because our core essence is spirit.
What do you do to clean, clear and “polish” so to speak your spiritual nature? I would suggest you find a spiritual path that resonates with you today and follow that path. As children many of us were given a spiritual path by our parents. For a good many, that path no longer resonates or supports them into and through adulthood and sadly many decide to forgo pursuit of spiritual matters. There are a vast number and variety of spiritual paths to check out and pursue. And just as we grow and change in our physical bodies, our spiritual bodies also go through changes. One path might have served you last year or decade, but perhaps your soul is yearning to be fed from a deeper well of spiritual insights.
