Registration has closed for the Mountain Empire School District’s Dream Big Summer Program 2025.
Priority enrollment is given to students identified as unsheltered, within the foster system, living in temporary housing and English language learners.
Enrollment decisions will be made May 1 with emails of acceptance sent after. Students on the wait list will be notified by June 1.
The free program is open to students in grades TK-5th and is free.
Students who attend are eligible for breakfast and lunch along with instruction to improve math and reading skills.
This program runs June 18-July 11, 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.
A similar program for students in grades 6-11 June 30- July 18, 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
During that program brunch will be available daily and students will have the opportunity to learn cooking and photography skills, participate in musical theatre and hiking.
